You all had requested a lot for a video on nutrition and diet so here it is.
I have shared several tips about nutrition and diet and have given info about What every athlete should know about Carbs, protein and high performance.

Saw this again today , you literally explained the science behind muscle recovery in an easy way, like generally people skip this and directly tell us ki ye protien kha lo aur peanut butter kha lo bas hogya jai ram ji ki , I had no idea about half of the things in this , you educated us, great job , pls make a video on plyometrics too.

You can eat it 10 minutes before. But always it two not one or eat and apple. Otherwise bread or roti will also work as instant carbs.

Sai ke liye maximum age 25 kai bar 27 tak bhi allow krte h Aur National camp ke liye koi age nhi hoti agar aap acha perform kr rhe ho aur chahe 40 years ke ho to bhi camp me aa skte ho

He has his website Kreed On and RU-vid channel etc. He is from India only and he gives all info about sports nutrition

She is really good.

Ittna protein kaha se laaye 😢😓 2 scops of whey protein powder se to 1 month me hi dabba khatam ho jaega. 4 Eggs ho jate h daily air chicken/panner daily ni khaa sakte. Isse acha to aap apna properly daily food consumption batao to ham relate kar payenge. Sry for discouragement 🙏

Hi Himanshu dear aapko achi performance deni h to aapko apne body weight ka double protein to consume krna hi hoga tabhi aapke muscles repair honge. 2 scoops protein se 50 gms protein mil jata h Agar suppose ek din me 140 gms consume krna h to kaise kroge wo aapke upar h aap agar 4 eggs khate ho to usme sirf 24 gms protein hota h ek egg me sirf 6 gms protein hota h agar eggs Kha rhe to zyada khao atleast 5-6 Ek katori dal me 6 gms protein hota h aap kitni katori kha skte ho ek bar me? 1 cup soyabeen me 43 gms protein hota h 1 cup chicken me 43 gms protein hota h Protein sources bht sare h Meine sab ke nam bataye h aapko khud decide krna hoga aap kis din kya kha skte ho

@@KachnarChaudhary thanks for proper reply. Yes I take 1 cup/50g soya beans and boil it & I get 26g protein I also get 50g protein from sprouts which I thing y didn't mentioned in the video. I eat 1 cup dal daily also sometimes peanut butter. Chicken only once a week from which I get 50g protein.

Thats good, I wish all the best for your bright future. Also I did not mention sprouts for protein because 1 cup contains only 3 gms of protein. I mentioned beans as its a little higher in protein content 100 gms beans contain 21 gms of protein. Though we don't need to typically count each of these things just focus on eating healthy so it benefits your training.
