This stuff works. I started doing it naturally as I got older. I play right back most of the time. I go into games with goals. Play simple Wear out the player your up against. Get that player to swear about how you never leave them alone. If all goes well, start advancing other parts of the game. My mindset is this.. Play in the moment. Don't think too far ahead, and forget past actions no matter what the result was. Be alert Be loud but to the point both to G yourself up, but also your team mates. And finally repate this.. I'm not tired, your tired.... That mantra alone will have you doing more than most other Sunday league players.
