@@victorjbarker I’m on the same boat. My rear fender is bent inward so I’m gonna chop it up but since I have new tires, when the time comes I want to be able to slap a 180 without having to replace anything else.

But my Question is will I be able to use my same forks converting from 39mm to 49mm triple tree?

What is the widest tire and mag wheel i can go without changing any of the spacer in the rear? I took my fenders off long time ago. I just want a slightly wider tire in the rear. I’ll use the after market mag wheel (16x3) on the rear to put in the front and install stock size tire. Just want to change to back.

awesome conversion on your bike brother, got a few question here..so i plan wanna do a conversion on my 2016 sportster xl 1200c from 150mm rear tire to 240mm then i decide just wanna buy maybe the stock swing arm and do the modification with it because i still wanna keep the original swing arm and other parts like pully, fender and else, so my question is where can i get the parts like offset pully, spacer and other thing to make the conversion done? and if you know what is the measurement/space if i cut the swing arm before i welding it again? for your info i still want to use the belt drive to the 240 conversion so that in the future i still can use all the part back really appreciate for help and reply thank you

ive got a 2007 sportster 883 converted to 1275 putting out 104 hp at the wheel, im going to be putting fatboy rims off of a 2010 fatboy, 140 on the front on a 17x3.5 rim and 200 on a 17x6 inch rim, how do you think id go with the 200 on a 17 inch rim as far as suspension travel, im using stock shocks on the rear.
I'm thinking of getting a 2014 Forty-Eight - XL1200X and it already has the Primary Drive Chain, 38/57 ratioI ... And was wondering if I can add the 200 in the rear and the 150 in the front... and would I also have to change the rear and the front sprocket and chain as well or can I keep the factory drive chain and sprockets?? And would it be possible if you can help me find where to get all the parts for the conversion? Yours Truly Jesse
Usachopper.com tell him Rolando Sent you. Yea you can add 200 rear & 150 front bro, also u can leave front+rear sprocket but u have to fine some1 who can doit. It would look better & sound meaner if u change it to chain drive.

Jordan Clark hey bud here to help Mine is a 48 if u trying to do a rear Phat tire with out any mods You can go 180r16 BUT if u gonna use your belt train when u get your tire make sure u let them know u keeping belt. Or they will send u kit for chain. Don’t forget to subscribe
