Spot is such a clever villain name. A spot is a little area, a thing you miss while cleaning or marking on a dalmatian. If he was called "Void" or "Abyss" they might have realized what a problem he actually was. But he kept it lowkey and they missed a Spot.

Fun fact: The spot gets more powerful the more spots he get, which were originally black, he’s now all black say for his eye.

I love ATSV because I think a lot of people went into it, even ITSV enjoyers, kinda expecting a more kid-centric movie the first one had dark moments but it was definitely more family friendly and then uh... >the birth of an eldritch horror with quite possibly the most terrifying interaction + score between a hero and villain in superhero media in *years* that causes a catastrophic event where easily *thousands* of people could've died, only to disappear into thin air and reappear in that hero's dimension, set out to destroy it I remember in the theater, people laughed at the "well that was another easy adventure for Spider-Man!" and 6-7 seconds later, the entire theater was *dead* silent once the score kicked in amazing moment, seriously (also uh, good video 👍)

This is great, One thing though. I wish you made the most creepiest part of the song louder. If you don't know what I mean by creepiest part of the song, I mean the part where Miles falls to the ground and flashes of light are around The Spot, Miles ask The Spot what was that and he says Our Future. I saw what you were trying to go for but I feel you could've extended it just a bit more like here at 1:00 I feel instead of going straight to the music for the final part where the Spot says See you at home Spider Man. You could've replayed the most Scary part of the original song in here in that same tone, then play that same tone again for the final part, if you get what I mean. Obviously this is just an opinion. This was still a really good horror song.

There had better be a reality bending fight scene between Miles and Spot like when he fought Kingpin in the Collider with Spot's theme being as phenominally terrifying and badass as this in the background

Ngl kinda sucks as a horror spot theme, too much clatter and abandonment of the melody, it seems more like something that happens halfway through the movie when the main characters are in an old temple being guided by a monk while he talks about the story behind the Spot, the actual confrontation would have a different theme, a better one.

Ngl is the spot one of the best Spiderman villain songs besides Electro and Prowler, but Spot can overtake the prowler.

You know what is the worst part? A lot of villains has motivations that are normally something to make the world better for themselves or other things that sometimes are dangerous to the hero or their loved ones, but the spot has one objective, destroy Miles making his life fall apart, he has a dangerous power of multiversal scale, and now that he saw what the future has for him, his main objective with such power, is just to kill one person, and he is really close to make that, and Miles so far to stop him

I love how he was hit with a bagel in the first movie and then in the second he becomes a multiverse villain, reminding me of the everything bagel from Everything Everywhere All At Once
