DS309 Spot Welding panel and Projection Welding Panel Features:-
DS309 is basic model for general purpose spot and projection welding machines and is a most selling panel. It has synchronous action for all timers and current control.

Programs :- 10 Memories for Timers and Current.
Job Counter :- 5 Digit, Common for all programs.
Timers :- 4 Timers. Squeeze, weld, hold and off timers.
Time :- 1 to 99 Pulses for each timer (1 = .02 sec.)
Spot Group :- 1 to 10 spots can be set for a job.
Repeat Mode :- Repeat or manual mode selectable through tact switch.
Firing Power :- Suitable for 50 to 400 amp SCR’s (Thyristors)
Others :- Weld On / Weld Off Button, Solenoid valve test button and cycle start button for testing weld process.
