awesome design. integrated slots with spring loaded buttons to correspond with the 5 function keys on the top of the device would be a neat addition, the car thing would look really cool in a flush mount

Those would be nice but this isn't my primary source of income so at the moment I don't really want to dedicate that kind of time to the project.

Yes you have to touch the timeline and then you can scrub with the big knob or touch with your finger.
