I have a 2011 Chevy Silverado LT. I plan on doing this, but maybe with a little smaller tires. I don't wanna have to do any mods.

Would I be able to fit a 285/65R18 on a 9 wide with a -12 offset with little to no trimming on this model of silverado since he had little metal trimming, or better off to go with a +1 offset? Thanks

I have this same year and model truck I have some BFG ko2 that are 275/65/18 if I were go to a 18x10 wide rim do you think there'd be enough side wall to protect the rim? I believe 275mm Is about 10.9 inches

Is it just Nitto that isnt true to size on some tires? My old tahoe had 18x9 -12 offset with 2.5" level 285x65r18 trail graps but they measured to 12 wide.

Yes!!!! The exact video I've been waiting for! I am 2.5" lift/leveling my 2012 SIlverado, and hopefully gonna try to fit 20x10 with 305/55/20 tires. Do you have an estimate on how much I'd have to trim?

I want a 08 2500hd chevy. On a 6 in rough country lift. With 22x14 on 375/45/22. I was really wanting to know if y'all could trim enough to do that?

I've got a 2012 GMC, 3"lift in the front, 2" lift in the back, 1.25" body lift and 2" wheel spacers. What would you suggest for wheels/tires?

I'm going to do same thing! I have 6 lift with 35s and they rub in the ditches and I don't want to keep trimming so I'm going to go to this. faster , less on 4l60e whicg I'm going to have to rebuild .that freaking traction joke control, no wander there a lot chevy sitting at dealers.

how's is the quality ride in this kind of leveling kit it drive like stock truck or you getting issues later in suspension ?? I would like to dayli drive is this could be the right kit?

I have the same truck - w/o the chrome. Looking at the 970's with the grey center but thinking I'd go 20 x 10 instead. Even with a 2 inch level & 285 65 R20's I'd still have to do a mini NORCAL?

285/65 on a 20 is taller than on an 18. For the same size tire on a 20 you’d want to drop to a 285/60 or 55

When you guys do the spotlight videos back up on the camera to show the whole truck in its new sneaks! Seeing one tire at a time around the vehicle doesn’t show it off as well. Whenever you wanna see something ya always stand back to see the whole picture ya. Peace...

@@AtownBurns If it's any help I have a 2015 Z71 with a 2 inch level. I have 285/65r18 tires on my stock rims with no rubbing at all. I've got about 2 inches of clearance at the tightest turning point. I've done no norcal mods or anything. The key is to keep the stock rims or get ones with a positive offset. The negative offset makes the rims stick out more which prevents you from running bigger tires without mods.

I have a 2011 Silverado 1500 I'll be getting a 3" leveling kit. Will a method race wheel 18x9 -12 with a Toyo open country rt 33x12.5r18. Will I have to do a lot of trimming or will it fit well?

Rjstoner26 I'm running my second set but my first set on this particular truck which is a 2012 GMC Z-71 crew cab and I really like them. They're not too loud and they are wearing good. They are 287/70/17 E 's.
