These turned out so pretty. Yes, the one with the deer is striking. I think the gold really steps up the rustic cardboard. They paired well together. TFS❤

These turned out great. I have only ever seen cardboard pieces like this used for journal "toppers." Love the dimension of them and the rough edges! My fussy cuts are a bit low so I guess I should spend some time cutting out some basic elements to have them on hand for projects like this. Decorating is my favorite part!! Have a great day.😁

I have made 2 toppers using corrugated and loved how they turned out. Now you are making me what to go do some again! I have used a "pokey tool" to go down the rows to separate the layers easier.
I like to use clear gesso so it doesn’t hide anything. I add white later if I want white. I have a friend who fills the tub and puts whole boxes in. If you don’t watch it closely it comes out in separate layers. You can also dampen what you want to remove and it comes off easer. It is still random but much quicker and easier.
