Me too. My manager prefers the psychopath over the rest of us. The psychopath is also friendly with HR. The psychopath zeroes in on anyone with power and uses flattery and manipulation to get what they want. It's hard to know who to turn to. I guess that's why we are watching these videos right?
Psychopathy may be higher in men than women, but because more males are in prisons, the effect of female psychopathy is more common in society and at work.
Psychopathy is not an actual recognized DSM-V personality disorder so it may incorporate features and characteristics from other personality disorders, including narcissism. Thank you for bringing this up!

It's not narcissism. It's more severe, they get bored very easily and to alleviate the boredom they bully and abuse other people, co workers in this case.
