2 quick sprays of oil - sunflower oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garam masla
1 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
7 tbsp onion paste - see below
700g chicken breast cubed
3 tbsp tomato puree watered 1 to 1
1 small onion cubed
tomatoes cubed / quartyered - of chocice
2 big green chilies sliced
green pepper cubed
4 tbsp no fat yoghurt
½ tsp methi leaves
