Id say maybe loosen ur drag on ur mono poles a little bit 😂 and don’t slack line before the hookset when punching. Just a couple tips that help me in fishing day in day out. Good luck and hope you catch’em🫡

I was out Monday outta L & M fished a couple spots on the way towards discovery bay Got 1 14.25 on a wacky missed 2 others 1 9”er on a PB & J. chatterbait on the ride back just before that treacle bridge 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️. Got to watch a dude in a kayak catch an 8 lber in the spot I was moving my way towards. 🤦. Very Tough day indeed

@Bearded Bassin I launched in the port last weekend and fished all around that area. I took a video of about 10-12 of them on a dock in the Port. Unfortunately the state of California will never do anything about it

@@Ttschirky i know it’s brutal, I’ve done alot of research on it, we can use any form of less lethal i.e. paintball, pepperball stuff like that. But hopefully they follow what Oregon did and pass a bill to get them out, we can only hope.

@Bearded Bassin Yeah I've hear they tried to relocate them and they wound up coming back, so they wound up getting rid of them for good. I haven't done too much research on it, but growing up fishing and wakeboatding on the delta, seeing a sea lion was a rare occurrence. Now every single time I've gone out on the delta in the past 2 years I've been back into fishing, I run into one or more of them. It's horrible for the spawning bass and the fish populations in general. I'm tired of seeing them
