Liz, I have to thank you so much for brightening my day today. I work for a very mean spirited person who chastised me for sending an email to my co-workers wishing them a happy Valentine’s Day and telling them I brought cupcakes...yeah, chastised for doing something nice. Instead of just writing it off, I let it get to me and went to lunch and was sobbing over it. And then I took out my phone and saw the notification that you had a new video. I watched it and went from sobbing to smiling. You may think all you do is post decorating videos but your smile, joy, zest for life and goofiness (said only with love) can make a huge difference to someone. I believe that EVERY DAY God sends an angel into your life. Today you were mine. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. Keep on keeping on.

Oh, sweetheart, I am so sorry that happened to you today. I can't believe you went into work with a happy heart, only to wish everyone well on Valentine's Day, and share some kindness, only to receive backlash from your mean spirited boss. Honestly - that makes me mad and my heart hurts for you. If I had been there I would have said respectfully (of course) to your boss....she is only being sweet and kind, so back off, and DONE! 🤚AND...no cupcakes for you! lol! You are thoughtful and kind and I'm sure all of your co-workers recognized that as well. In this world, some people lack manners and respect, unfortunately. You hold your head high, you did nothing wrong. Your kind words touched my heart. Love you, sweet friend! Have a wonderful evening! XOXO

imjustsayny Sorry you had a rough day. I made floral arrangements for the office for Valentine’s Day hoping that the residents would get the hint that we were special and maybe they would be nicer to us. It didn’t work but at least we have something nice to take home today. 🌹🌹🌹

Unfortunately, there are so many ugly people in this world. I always wonder if they get up in the morning look in the mirror and go “I’m going to be as mean and nasty as I can today.” That is certainly the way they end up acting. Don’t let it get to you. They are not worth it. Let them own it. Hang in there sweetheart, tomorrow is in your control!

Liz I swear I don't understand why you don't have your own decorating show on television! You are an amazing decorator and you do give us such great ideas. I had never heard of a blooming lamp but I am sure going to make me one - thank you so much for the idea. I so love your big beautiful home and you are so sweet. I was so inspired by your blooming lamps that I made one of my own. I first saw one of your videos last year and I found a thrift store floor lamp that was made of wood and looked like a bucket so I knew instantly that it was to be made into a blooming lamp.

Another great decor video, Liz. We had speakers like your that had those wings but I had my husband take them out of our living room when I redecorated. They are probably hiding in our basement. I hosted a dinner party for some family members tonight, for Valentines Day. They had been to a winery all afternoon and brought back a case and a half of different wines. We did some sampling ourselves and had a pretty good night. Lol.

We have a older pioneer system with turntable,dual cassettee,am/fm and big speakers.We live in the country along a large mountain and we blast the neighborhood lol I believe it was made in the late 70's

I’m going to show speakers to hubby, he has 3500 vinyl records and all the sound systems etc. so I love hearing about y’all’s vinyl hunts!! We are in the Dallas area, but I always give him acoustic sound gift cards for gifts:).

Liz the decorating is beautiful as usual. You give us so many wonderful ideas. I thought it was so cool at the end how you demonstrate your new (old) speakers. I thought it was funny how much you loved the speakers from the 70's. I was in my teens in the 70's graduated H.S. at 17. My husband then boyfriend bought some awesome Marantz speakers. We kept them till the 90's Then bought Boes speakers. We still have those, but I wish we would of kept the Marantz cause we still have our reciever and record player . Enjoy your music and shows on your speakers.

Like you Liz I am not a lover of cut flowers...I am an avid gardener so hubby always take me to pick out something to add to my garden...it’s our wedding anniversary also so we do lunch or dinner every year and I get to shop new additions to my garden which is a perfect valentine for me...as always these blooming lamps are so spectacular and screams spring ...😍😍😍

Sometime I would love to see a video on your “store” where you keep your spare decorating items. Beautiful as always. I live in a 900 sq. Ft home. One of your rooms is probably close to the size of our entire home. I love watching your videos even if they aren’t practical for me. Still get great ideas just have to downsize them. 😂
