Thank you very much for the videos that you published over the years. Your advice and reviews are very useful. I understand that for various reasons you decide to make fewer videos, partly because it is currently more tedious to buy MLB caps due to the increase in cap costs. But despite that I think that most of this year's BP and Spring Training caps look very good and are very accurate. Much better that the lazy trucker hats from the last 2 years.

Thanks for your content Doug and looking forward to your videos in the future. I still have many videos of your channel to watch in order to continue my learning journey on baseball caps. Congrats on your impressive collection, and thanks again for the time and effort you put these years to sharing valuable information and advise on baseball caps!

I always look forward to your Clubhouse & BP cap reviews. They’re great. And while you may be slowing down content- understandably- I still look forward to future videos. Continued success.

Hi there, im writing from germany. i used to wear hats in the 90s stopped for 30 years and just recently picked up 3 hats without these side patches that is really a deal breaker for me. i wore a raiders fitted in 7 1/2 for the past 3 years and now it just got to a point where i went to the online stores like newera europe...taas...and other sites offering what i was looking for. i have found a blue L.A.(dodgers) fitted on field for 23€ on sale. another one was a dark dark blue seattle mariners also a on field for 25€ and finally a royal blue mariners with the yellow S alternated 2 for 35€. (they even had royal blue cordroy fitted with 80s style yellow S but 60€'s is kinda steep for my liking) anyways😊 i have found out that the bangladash made on fields fit very nice almost to the lose side wich is ok as they will shink a bit anyway. the royal blue mariners on the other hand,is made in china and fits more of a half size below 7 1/2 so i stretched it and it fits now perfect and when i shave my sides it will have that comfy to the lose side fit. but one question do i have. i want to stitch my name to the sides of the little emblem. would it shrink the hat if i stitch something on it? the other 2 made in bangladesh are perfect for stiching a name to the sides.....its just that tighter china made model that i really want to wear without a headache...if that makes sense. such a nice S hat....that royal blue paired with the gold stitching is really nice and feels like a throwback. thank you for reading sir🤝🏾 glad i have found your channel👍🏾

Hey there, welcome to the channel! If you go to my videos page, you'll find a lot of videos on the same topics you mentioned - variation in caps, manufacturing sites, etc. - I made an entire video on caps made in Bangladesh. I don't think embroidering letters there will shrink the cap, but you might want to invest in a hat jack and give it a little stretch before adding. I've got a few videos on hat jacks too, thanks for your comments!

I think this was a decent job overall by New Era, but as a Nats fan, this was the one year I was hoping the BP caps would be the same as the ST caps. I would always buy the BP caps because I'm not a big side patch guy. I really like that classic block W. Hopefully they still release patchless versions. Definitely got the DC cap, however. I'm a relative newcomer to your channel. About 2 years. Enjoyed all your work. And I think we have similar tastes in terms of simplicity. I look forward to your next video. Whenever that may be.

Yep, you have that correct, I definitely favor the more minimal cap designs and often did the same thing by waiting for the BP caps. Even if relatively new to the channel, I certainly appreciate your comments and support!

I ordered a ChiSox batting practice cap when they first became available, the fit was much tighter than I'm used to, and it was very misshapen. i sent it back,.

I think the White Sox have the best batting hats this season, along with my Philadelphia Phillies.

I won't be buying any of these caps, but I will watch the next video you produce at whatever point in the future you decide. Always appreciate the time and effort. Cheers.

Thanks for all of the great content that you have been posting over the years. Bummed to hear you’re slowing down but I completely understand. I’m in the same situation where I have pretty much everything that I want in terms of caps. I have been into the cap game for 25+ years and I remember the great poly days. I’m not big on the quality of foreign made caps these days.

Good video, always enjoy your content. These collections are pretty solid this year. I've been collecting since the late-80s, but haven't purchased anything in the last year and a half. However, I'm getting a few of the unique designs from the Spring Training collection.
