Today we are decluttering and organizing our shoes. We saw a pediatric podiatrist and found out that my child has a stress fracture. To prevent this from happening again, we ordered a custom insert that can go into any pair of shoes and will help with foot health. After finding out that the wrong pair of shoes can cause this, I was motivated to get rid of most of our shoes and only buy shoes that work with our feet and help with foot health.
