I just recently found your channel and I'm enjoying it. I haven't watched all your videos yet (I'm still catching up), but if you haven't read any of the Meg Langslow series by Donna Andrews, I highly recommend it. The first one is Murder by Peacocks. This series is humorous cozy mystery. It's an older series, but I still think of it often. Oh, and it's set in Virginia, if you don't have one from that state yet. I love the idea of mysteries set around the world. Keep the videos coming!
I am excited about reading Death and bloom and A sprinkle of murder. About Elizabeth Spann Craig, I just read 3 books in the serie, not in order, because I am working with her, translating some books, but I can assure Myrtle is adorable! You should take a chance to this serie.
I'm so ready for Spring! We had wonderful Spring like weather today. Digging Up The Dirt is a part of the Southern Ladies series which is a spin off series of The Cat in the Stacks. The Ducote sisters (you're correct it's pronounced Dixie but spelled differently) are side characters in Cat in the Stacks. You don't have to read the Cat in the Stacks series first but I do suggest you read the first book in the series as something happens that carries on in the rest of the 3 books in the series. I have the first book in the Lyndsey Cole series but I haven't read it yet. I have a blog called Cozy Mystery Cat and I have pages for cozy mysteries for holidays and states. Also, occupations as I thought that was an interesting way to pick cozies.
Awesome! Thanks for the great info. Your blog sounds really useful. I will check it out. I was just thinking another fun challenge would be to try hit a specific number of different jobs in the cozies you read. I need to count up the number of jobs I have so far!
I highly recommend Seeds of Murder by Rosie Sandler. It’s a Gardening cozy that is a little edgier with touches on a couple of trigger warning topics. It’s done in a gentle way. I think it’s a great book for anyone that’s in a cozy slump. But in general the plot, sleuth, setting and wealthy characters are so well done. I can’t wait for Book 2 to come out in April.
Great video! You inspired me to read the Amanda Flower 🌹 & Jess Dylan 🌸 series! I believe I heard last year Nancy J. Cohen has an Easter book. Tanya Knapes holiday series definitely has an Easter 🐣 book 📚 too.
