Use your brain instead of assuming a comment like this is for likes. You don't know the person behind the comment and why they commented it. Smfh. Precisely the aim of presence... and the point of yoga(hence the translation being to yoke; to bring together; to join) and pranayam... to align the body and mind into the present. Your mind can be in the past or in the future but your body can only be in the present. The heart and core of the words inspire (to breath in) and expire (to breath out), is spirit, which is You, at your core essence.

At age 12 I was diagnosed with cancer, at age 19 I had a major brain surgery, at age 27 I lost my lungs and had to have them transplanted, at age 29 The lungs got rejected and had to go through a second double lung transplant. During this I picked up the bottle. Went to rehab, drank the first day out. Been going through the cycles of losing myself in poison. I am 31 now and am just beginning my sobriety journey. God bless you, sister. Never stop.

I went to the forest today in 39degree celsius to touch with my hand a tree, that I have hurt 7 or 8 years ago with steel marbles from a slingshot shooting competition back in the days. He is my friend now. Alive, blossoming and a pure spirit.

whenever i was doing this meditatin with you, I would always end up in one place, one person actually, and it would make me cry, first i thought they were happy tears, but today i realised it was realise, like i can finally drop my armor and be safe. The same happened to me. I realize that I used to feel this way; I used to meditate everyday and live in my highest good and love life, but haven’t allowed myself to meditate or be happy bc of the pain that comes with the peace… and being reminded of the woman who introduced me to meditation who is no longer in my life. I’m in tears, It hurts and Ive felt like I am just surviving too, Im sorry you haven’t felt safe. But if you’re like me you know how much this practice helped you to cultivate self love and inner peacefulness that is secure. You did that with your own inner wisdom. Maybe we need to be reminded of the just surviving times so we could appreciate the safety of the quiet good within ourselves in the here and now with more wisdom.

Algorithm knows you pretty well. They can know how you feel, what you are thinking or even what are you going through, by just analysing on what sites or videos you'veen watching. Universe doesn't give a single fu** about humans. I thought the same. But Is simply an algorithm that knows how to reed us, AND also, the person who makes the video knows how to make a impactul title that seems omnicient or magical AND if you add up the algorithm factor, you get the perfect combination to fool you into belive that magic, the universe or some bs about destiny is trying to tell you something.

I'm currently on day 4 of being nicotine free after vaping for 7 years, and am weed free for 2 weeks after being a daily user for 2 years. I'm going through it and am tired of relying on substances as a coping mechanism. My lungs will appreciate my current choices. The timing of this video is incredible. Thank you for this.

A few weeks ago , I put my pride to the side and made the choice to start therapy. I literally woke up and told myself it is time to get help , not because I’m experiencing a mental crisis or anything like that but I want mentors and an extra push to get me through pass situations as a man. Spiritually my higher self is telling me enough is enough , I don’t know what’s gotten into me but I’ve been super productive 💯 and have lots of money coming my way soon !

Don't know how you came into my life at the exact time when I needed you, but you did... ❤️ Had the most heartbreaking experience last night, someone I truly loved showed me his true colors in the most soul crushing way and it became clear to me his intent was never to love me but to slowly destroy me, my intuitions were confirmed, didn't sleep and didn't know how to go through my day today... I cried real big tears which I haven't in al long time and saw a beautiful warm loving friend of mine in the meditation... Sounds crazy but I saw myself reflected in him and it reminded me instantly who I really am and almost lost... And I cried, I really cried... From my slightly broken soul right now and trough my whole body... It was so releasing and I am so grateful I finally can release like this, didn't know I was so far driven from myself and in so much pain... Thankful for the look into the debts of my soul and reminder my true self is still a beautiful warm loving woman, she's just incredibly tired and hurt and hasn't been loving herself the way she should lately... I need to be in healing mode right now not in fight or flight mode anymore, just realised that big time... Again thank you so much beautiful amazing soul, really am grateful for you..... ❤️🦋🌞

I’m making major life changes and decisions right now in this current moment! I just lightly quit my job after a horrible situation that I caused. I got a job at a gas station that has a rigid structure that I need in my life currently!!! I’m deciding if I should move into the apartment I got accepted for at the end of august. I my application got approved and I paid the deposit but not the first month’s rent, because I keep making small financial decisions that impact that future. I can sell some things of mine and get a grand or two but I worked so hard to acquire them so it’s hard to sell them at this point in time!!! This video really came into my life in the correct moment thank you!

ah! perfect timing. had a crazy trip today. i’m in a liminal phase in my life, and this transition period has been so intense! i’ve been so lost and drained for so long, and i’ve been searching for signs for what i want to do, and i’ve been seeing angel numbers like crazy, and been watching videos about art and living by our hearts and how we are third dimensional beings and how that connects to our realities and egos and identities, and i feel like everything is coming together. it’s an odd feeling, and i’m grateful for your video! i’ll be honest, i’m a little scared heading into the world which such a new found freedom, but your video has brought me comfort, and i think i’ll be able to handle anything that comes my way. thank you

The breathing and becoming more present felt beautiful. I realized a lot about the contrast of that experience, what being un-present actually feels like. My energy field constricts and i become smaller and smaller and it literally cuts off the ability to feel my body and my surrounding space. My world and literally constricts around me and its like i retreat inside my mind and i exist in the physical space of my head. I already knew and was intimately experienced with all this. But depression really ripped this experience out of my perceived realm of possibilities and I am relearning how to be happy and grateful. My grand depression turned out to be the setback I needed to find my way back to my peaceful existence, but now with greater resilience. Thank you so much for sharing and also thank myself so much for being here taking my time with you to building up the habit of making more aware, satisfying choices in life. I have been lost in the moment and found it so challenging to make a choice. I even asked somebody else to help make a decision for me because I didnt feel any sense of self-empowerment. Thanks to you, now I have the knowing of what makes a good choice: body, mind, spirit. They make a perfect harmony. Thank you. I appreciate so much how you talk to ME, so intimately and so safe, so caring. LOVE actually IS the universal language each and every human holds inside, the language we have ALL forgotten and remembering to some degree ot another, like the spectrum of a rainbow 🌈 I am literally sitting her less than a week into the complete dissolution of my entire life, into this giant cocoon on wheels, my RV, 37ft beast I am learning to wield! And I don't know where I am going or specifically WHY, and I can't define what I want in my imagination because all I can feel is EXHAUSTED day in and day out.. I keep having to tell myself at in this moment, I have everything I need and it's OK if I am not DOING something "important" and also to really REALLY not let my mind go into assuming other people judgements on me. Although maybe that's what I need to do.. Since it's actually my own judgement.. so I need to face it and eat it for dinner and become the one in charge of COMPLETELY how I feel about myself and love every sing Le tiny part so that I have nothing to fear to step out into the world no matter who or what will present itself to me. Well, thanks for creating space for me to process that Love wins ❤🎉

@@n0vitskiThat's okay :) all i want to say to you is that there is a difference between feeling that you know yourself and thinking/ knowing you know yourself. This might not make sense to you right this moment. And that's okay. If you ever feel lost and alone in just want you to know that the solution is always within yourself. Loving and forgiving is the way as far as i believe. But you'll only realise it when you experience the euphoric feeling of truly seeing yourself again for the first time. Even though the path might be hard and long. It's worth it :) Take care and i hope you find what makes you whole
