Hey Karl I tie my jigs with a loop knot so its sits perfectly horizontal for those slabs do you ever use that knot buddy?

The biggest crappie as you Yankees say would not lay from one side to another my mom had to turn the head to corner and the tail to the other corner

I LOVE crappie fishing in NW and northern WI all year long so I thoroughly enjoy this video. The wife and I went to Dinorwic in Ontario for the first time last fall and had a blast.
