Just found your channel a couple days ago, realized I have the same cook set, been using it for years. I think I'll go use it tomorrow the same way your using it. From what I understand, the yellowing is a result of the coagulation of proteins in the fish's meat as a result of eating large amounts of aquatic insects, which are about 60% protein.

For me, I hope you don't ever say the name of the lake you are fishing but dangling the carrot and saying what county you are in or near city would be cool because it would get people off their backside and out to explore the mountains.
