I do not like to up pot and I wish I had started in-ground gardening but as a new gardener, you don’t know, and watching all the RU-vid videos will have you trying everything 🤣🤣🤣 It’s 4 years in for me. I may get rid of all these grow bags and beds and grow strictly in-ground. My neighbor grows in ground solely. Now I got “garden envy”!🤣

Hello Broke, 👋🏽 New subscriber from Long Island, New York (suburbs) zone 7B 😊! Love the “Garden Law “ & Garden envy” advice! 👏🏾👏🏾 I started gardening tomatoes & peppers last year after retiring from my job at the hospital. Even though it was a small garden (2 plants) and a variety of mixed flowers, it was a challenge especially when the weather got extremely hot! But I persevered and my tomatoes survived from bottom end rot and I harvested fresh tomatoes & green peppers. Even made a few jars of tomato sauce ! 😅😂 This year I am more ambitious and did my research on RU-vid university & the farmers almanac. I’m planting starts indoors from seed & some store bought plants. Also plenty of pollinators flowers planted from seed ( including bulbs) . My tulips & daffodils are blossom in currently (planted bulbs last fall)! This is my first time watching you channel & yellow door urban gardener mentioned your channel in the past also! I’m hooked and will stay tuned for great feedback & advice! Bless you for teaching us your gardening knowledge! 😊🙏🏾💗 👌🏽

0:54 feeder root. 🤔 I didn’t know that. I totally would have covered with soil. 6:17 I learned last year not to group certain plants all together in the same place. Example squash. The bugs enjoyed the all-you-can-eat Golden Corral buffet. 🤷‍♀️ 10:27 Gardening envy. Do you. Eat what you like. Grow what thrives in your grow zone. 11:19 you better say that. Good information Broke. The biggest part of this was not relying on fertilizer to make “Big” plants. It might look beautiful and large, but it may taste awful!

Thanks good advice . Happy Gardening. PS still cover my Blueberries my Birds are of different breed. They left me no fruit. I have two big mulberry trees and other berries. They need eat that. Plenty for them and their cousins and other family.
