Hello everyone, welcome to my garden , my name is Anna. Here is my full garden tour, I garden in zone 9. I hope you enjoy the video, thanks for watching, see you next time.
Your garden is so nice. It's inspiring me from being in a slump with my own garden. I hope to have a something like yours one day. Also look at that cute anole just chilling in the bed at 12:17 ☺
Gorgeous garden! Can't believe you already have tomatoes and cucumbers. i'm zone 9 texas, i just got the first tomato-lings and the cucumber is just starting to flower! 🥒 🍅
Hello Your garden is beautiful. I just started my garden outside for the first time about 2 months ago. I’m doing all flowers. I’m thinking about vegetables. I love seeing plants grow. I have houseplants already. So hopefully I’ll do well outside too. Thank you so much for sharing your love of gardening. Everything looks outstanding💐👍🏾🤣
Thank you 😊 you should definitely try growing vegetables, my first vegetable plant was tomatoes, it took me a while to learn how to grow them and all the things that come with growing them like hornworms, I hope everything goes well with your garden, growing flowers is beautiful.
I just found ur heavenly peaceful garden, thank u for sharing ur knowledge on plants with us, very soothing vibes in ur voice. I'm subscribing to ur channel now.❤
Good to see you pop up again. I like the smooth hand held video that isn't jerky. Also the close ups are good. Sungold, Sunsugar are the best tasting tomatoes.
Yay a garden tour!! I got a bare root raspberry shortcake this year, but it hasnt put out any growth yet (planted about a month ago)- hopefully its alive still! love your videos! i see a lizard on the fence @ 4:30!
I hope your plant is alive, sometimes they take a bit to show signs of growth. I have been having tons of lizards in the garden, some of them look like iguanas they are so big 😂
Thank you, when we were thinking about building the garden , the swing was something I really wanted, I sit on it and admire my plants 🥰 it's so peaceful.
You and your garden represents love, peace, and divinity! This makes my heart so happy to see you care so well for your garden. I am very impressed and will take notes to get mine up to par. Thank you for this magical experience! Subscribed!🌱
A magical garden! You are so loving towards each plant! My garden is about a month behind yours, this video got me so excited for what is soon to come. Happy spring🌼
Sunflowers release a toxin that limits the growth of plants around them. It’s recommended to not grow vegetables next to them. Hope that helps you out 🫶🏻
Veggies like corn are supposed to grow well with corn, but that's the only one I'm sure about. Does anyone know if this goes for all sunflowers? I have a row on small ones in the middle or my garden😞✌
Love your garden and just found your channel so enjoying more of your videos. Can you share more about your growing zone and climate -- humid or dry, type of soil you have, etc., so we can know what works where we are? I'm a little north of DFW, TX in Zone 8a -- except we were changed to 8b recently. Thanks for sharing your hard work!
Hi Victoria 😊 I garden in zone 9 . My climate is hot and humid, we have a long growing season, my winters are pretty mild. My soil is clay in most of the garden, when it rains the ground has a hard time draining. Thank you so much for watching 🤗
Your garden is my dream garden! I absolutely LOVE it! One day.... Also, how do you keep birds, pests or critters off of your food - especially your berries/fruit?
Thank you, I really hope your dream comes true. Birds usually get my tomatoes, but this year so far they have been helping with caterpillars on my tomatoes, and I don't mind them eating a few of them that's why I plant enough plants so we all get some 😁 I do wrap my bigger tomatoes with mesh bags cause they take longer to grow., they do pick on my berries , I placed mesh fabric over my plants since they started to ripen and I try to harvest every day. I do get squirrels in the garden but they don't bother my plants. I get aphids, omg they go on everything, I spray Neem oil and I splash them with water to get them off. So far birds are my biggest pest, but I have to accept that I share my garden with them so I plant for all of us 🤗
Yes I have thought about it, I just haven't made up my mind on how to place them on the fence, I think building a trellis against the fence for cucumbers and small melons would be cool, or even another grape vine all along the fence would be awesome.
Pull that milk thistle before it goes to seed or else they'll be everywhere and very difficult to get rid of . I made the same mistake because it had beautiful purple flowers 😅
Thanks for the advice, I will get rid of it. I like the flowers but the plant is so prickly I don't like that . I got the seeds cause of the benefit of drinking milk thistle tea.
Hi 😊 The link for the swing is in the video description. I've had this swing for 5 years now, I did stain it and every year I reapply clear coat to keep it from water/sun damage, I love my swing 🥰
My garden beds measure 4x10. This year I grew 7 tomatoes plants but I have grown 10 plants in one bed before, but I had to do some pruning cause they do get wild.
Late February, last year it did not bloom this early, it actually took a while to produce any fruit, I remember it producing a bunch of male flowers but no female flowers, but this one has some loofahs on it already.
The stones are a recent addition to my garden and I really like them, it helps so the grass doesn't get ruined when it rains and I can walk around without getting all muddy. We use the weed eater to cut the grass around the stones and most of the garden 🤗
One of the main reasons onions stop growing is because you planted the wrong type of onion, there is a short day or long day onion, depending on where you live you need to plant one of them, I grow short day onions and I'm in zone 9, maybe the onion variety you planted is small and it doesn't take that many growing days for it to be done. Do you Top your onions( cut the tops) because sometimes when the green stems are too heavy they fall.
