Thanks Jen! Yes and technically with the basement family room, it is four working floors. Which means a lot of exercise lol. Our master is the whole top floor so I love it because it’s really huge. Thanks for stopping by!

The Rhododendron is gorgeous❤ Wow your grandmother is very talented, the photo is so good! I love the handrail on the stairs! Wow the pothos plant looks amazing for the age of it! But they're probably one of the easiest plants to keep alive. I didn't see last weeks video, but we're in Tampa visiting with my son & his family so I'm trying to catch up.. I'll go watch next! The chandelier is stunning❤ The high chair can be a pretty piece of decor when your son outgrows it! I collect pretty old dining or side chairs and tuck them all around the house for decor! I love the chimney structure, old brick in homes is just beautiful!❤ Love the wood accent wall in the family room. And the laundry room sink and table top is awesome! The entire laundry room is awesome! You have A very beautiful home! Thank you so much for the tour😊

I definitely want to use the high chair for maybe a plant stand when we’re done using it. It’s so lovely and I agree, it would be beautiful decor. I hope you’re enjoying your time in Tampa. Your home really has a look of a Craftsman home which were popular in 1913. The moldings over the windows, doors & the columns divider between the rooms is a classic Craftsman feature. Go to a architectural salvage store, you'll find everything things you need. We did that and added leaded, stained glass windows and found beautifully carved ,etched glass doors, which we added to our house. We have a Craftsman house, but, a poor one. So we added all the details it didn't have. We had a similar room divider as yours when I found a leaded glass bookcase from a 1903 house, we took ours out and this fitted right into the same space . I love it. It was only $100. I loved the tour, cute house!

That sounds absolutely lovely! We actually have a Victorian salvage/restore shop right in town because of the age of all of the homes. Our house is funny because it definitely has some nice craftsman features as well as a few Victorian. The neighborhood was mainly built around the 1870s (we actually just celebrated our town’s 150 anniversary last weekend), so the majority of the houses were built Victorian. Our house is one of the “newer” ones built in 1913 so you can tell that they were trying to marry the older styles of the Victorian neighborhood with newer architecture trends of the early 1900s. I absolutely love going for walks around our neighborhood because the homes are just stunning and so beautifully maintained. Thank you so much for watching and telling me about your home!!

@@comfortablespaces UR Sweet! One day just go down the streets and take a video of all the lovely old houses in the neighborhood. It would be a thrill to live in a old cute town. We live on 80 acres in WI outside a sm. town. There are a lot of Victorians in a lot of near-by-towns, but, only 4 in town, we live in the country.

Hey Danielle! Your home is so warm and charming! I love the original charm of the door! How amazing to have your grandmothers drawing! You are right about the details of an older home. I fell in love with a 1922 English Tudor when we were looking for a home. Sadly we did not get it but it is one of my regrets. I think about that gorgeous home often. I can not believe you have a 30 year old house plant. That is amazing! Your kitchen is adorable I would love to come over with a dessert and have some coffee with you in it! I love your basement! They are so nice to have. You have made it super cozy. You guys did an amazing job on your laundry room!!!!! I love how functional you have made all of your spaces. It is so important and you guys did it well. Its also so nice that your basement is only a few steps down. So much easier to get to the laundry that way. I'll be staying in the guest room when i come to visit hahaha Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Angie!! You are welcome to come stay in our guest room whenever you want! I’ll make us a coffee cake and you can bring the Greek food!! I can only Imagine how beautiful a 1922 Tudor must have been. Ann!!! How are you?!! It’s good to hear from you! I put the coffee cups in the basement for my son’s birthday party and then they just never made it back up lol. I ended up putting the cookbooks there instead and I’ve been enjoying the usefulness of it all. Barrister!!! I knew it was called something like that but my brain couldn’t find the name lol. Sadly, there were just a husband & wife missionaries killed in Haiti just this past wk. So incredible heartbreaking!

Yes I heard about them! So incredibly sad. I started going to Haiti in 2012 and went a few times between then and 2018. Unfortunately things started getting too out of control at that point and we had to stop going. I pray for Haiti often!

Never a silly question! lol yes it does. And that is the one thing that I would have changed about the fabric we picked. We got this from Macy’s and they have over 100 different fabrics to choose from. It was free with the couch. And the one we picked does slightly pill. So I have a pill cutter and use it once a month to clean it up
