Hello Vera ! 🌼 Thank you for all of these great tutorials, my makeup skills have improved in span of few days thanks to your excellent uploads. I have a request, if you can consider it, would highly appreciate it 🌹 can you do a makeup look for brown hooded eyes ? Like what are the ideal shades and colors to enhance it, your advice would be very insightful. That's it, thanks and you're amazing as well .

I've heard that as a more mature person you shouldn't use shimmery, sparklely eye shadow. What do you think?

My blending skills are non existent 😮‍💨. I'm watching u blend it out above ur crease n outwards to elongate a lil n Im wondering how u do that. When I try it nvr comes out right. I think my "fat pads" are too heavy n I can't blend anything over my extremely heavy eyes. My skin comes down too far n heavy past the corners of my eyes. Trying to elongate with anything always comes out looking weird. By the time I'm finished blending, even looking completely straight. It nvr looks like urs does. The shape is always weird. I'm starting to get very discouraged with make up. I'm thinking maybe I'm just not meant to wear very much of it or to wear pretty n cool make up😥. 1 shade, blush, skin tint, eyeliner, some mascara n lip glass. Thats it. No sparkles 😞. No cool eye looks. Jus plain n boring with no options. I am jus not good at it, for as long as I've bn practicing, following tutorials to the letter. Even using all the same products n tools! It just never comes out rt. It comes out horrible more often than not. Idk if thrs any advice that could help me. I need someone to show me why its coming out so wrong. I'm very disappointed in my make up skills lately 😮‍💨. I love watching u do these videos. I jus can't get the techniques down n make it look good. Blending should be the easiest thing! Idk why it's so hard for me! 😣. I would give anything to make my make up come out good as urs, every time I do my eyes 🥺.

Omg my darling, that’s so heartbreaking to read 😭 I just want to tell you that it took me years to blend this well, I hated my makeup skills, I was discouraged, I’ve cried and washed off my makeup and went somewhere without after spending hours soooo many times. Some people are catching quicker, some of us needs more time. Also, some of eyeshadows are more difficult than others. It’s a lot, honestly and only huge love and stubbornness can take to a good results eventually. We can do a zoom call.

I feel your pain as I have an odd, very hooded monolid eye shape. It took me YEARS to learn how to do my own makeup, too. Blending is not simple. It is a skill and takes time with LOTS of practice, patience, and grace. Don't be too hard on yourself. Sometimes, it does help to have someone else watch you and guide you in order to become better. There's no shame in that. I took classes to get better and I still do to this day! You can do this as long as you don't give up on yourself. Sending you lots of love. 💕💕
