Get a annual state inspection to make sure the car is safe to travel on Pa. roads. However Pa. roads and bridges are deplorable and far from being safe. Total hypocrisy.

Inspection is good. It gets them into the shop to see if there are issues. Some dangerous stuff out there where there are no state inspections.
