Today, I'm going to make two dishes that even beginners can easily make. The first dish is ‘Pasta Primavera’, a pasta dish filled with vegetables perfect for spring.
The second dish is ‘Instant Pot Hoisin Pork Ribs’, a dish I made to quell the hunger that comes after eating vegetables.

Ingredients for pasta primavera:
16 ounces short pasta, such as penne or fusilli
5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 teaspoons (or more) kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon (or more) freshly ground black pepper
1 (10-ounce) bag of frozen broccoli florets
6 ounces green beans, trimmed
8 ounces large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails left on
1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 cup frozen green peas
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 cup finely grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
1/4 cup coarsely chopped basil
Red pepper flakes (for serving; optional)
Ingredients for Instant Pot pork back ribs:
5 lb. baby back pork ribs
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce, preferably dark
2 Tbsp. Shaoxing rice wine or dry sherry
1 Tbsp. ginger juice
Chopped Green onions and Sesame Seeds for Toppings
