Hi Judy, I love to add pomegranate seeds to an of the salad ideas you mentioned. It adds acidity, and crunch.

I’m a salad eater .. always grab a spring mix I ad kale & spinach But my new liv is spring mix and bok choy.. I sauté the hard bottom cut the leaves up for salad .. ❤
