In this video I share more on greens, that are mustard-y. Many of the spring herbs are very bitter and yellow!
The yellow herbs help open the solar plexus chakra, which is yellow in color.
If you get out an anatomy book, you will see the organs around your mid-section that benefit from these yellow, bitter green herbs.
Our digestive system needs bitter tasting plants. We tend to eat too much sweet or salty, or processed and have lost the taste for bitter.
