Wow. It's rare for a cover to stun me this much, but I am completely floored by how well done this is. The fact you managed to perfectly cover all the little details and nail the feel of the original track is incredible, especially given how little material there is to work with for such an unreleased game. You managed to take an already phenomenal track and give the arrangement that extra bit of depth; I wouldn't hesitate to call this drastically better than the original, if not one of the best covers I've ever heard. And the fact you managed to do all that in a single night? Absolutely amazing.
yeah. I really wish that footage of the game had surfaced at the time of its development. As far as I had found, certain songs from the OST could only be downloaded from the developer's website in 1999, and sadly it seems that no one's archived the developer's website in the WayBack Machine. If this one song sounded this good, I'd absolutely love to see what actual gameplay looked like!
Honestly, to everyone in the comments just slamming simply song titles and chipsets. Could you please realize artists are human beings with interests and a finite amount of resources they can invest on doing art, and chances are that they'd rather do something that fullfills them? Seriously. Chill
