Looks like spring is right around the corner. I expect some big temperatures swings as we finish out the month of February. Still a few bouts with cold weather... Frost and Freeze.. but overall spring is on schedule. Other notes: AO Index forecast to become more positive and that could lead to warmer than norma weather into the beginning of March. Severe weather season could get off to fast start. La Nina is forecast to return over the summer months.
