Absolutely. One of our spaniels is re-homed and never taught to walk to heel. Too late to teach him now. Absolutely a great, loving dog - except that he pulls. Hard. Very hard.
What lazy dog owners that didn't take the time to teach the dog on a lead. That bread wants to learn! Also, whoever docked her tail should be in prison.
