Hi Kaylee, Your thoughts really resonate with me a lot! I’m 24 years old and I’m currently living in West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer. I’m almost 1 year into my service here, but I’m having a lot of health issues that have brought me to considering moving on to a different endeavor. It is hard to feel like we are doing the right thing at this age. But painting, reading books and drinking tea shall remain a focus 🤪 thank you for creating. You helped me a lot:)

Great video bro, I love the aesthetic shots bookending your thoughts. Also, the last bit sent me 😂

It is good to be honest with yourself and others, but do remember that God loves you just because he does, and your mom loves you because of who you are and not what you have done!!

Since you're talking about books here, even if just little bit, I'm taking the liberty to recommend a book I just finished a couple hours ago, it's Riddley Walker by Russel Hoban, and I was just blown away by it. It's this post-apocalyptic stone age in England (stylised as Inland in the book), hundreds and hundreds of years after a nuclear war, and it's all written in Riddleyspeak. Riddleyspeak is this imagined devolved English. Woal paragaffs writtn witout commas an wat your mynd demnds is juss terribl spelln is aktully yeers an yeers (six yeers if i have it rite in my rememberents, an i do, cos i just read it todei) of refynin how a lanwitz myt develop witout a standardizd spelln systm cos most everyuns illitrt. An nobody realy nows how the clevvirt people spelt things time back way back. I haven't felt this excited about the act of reading itself since I read Cloud Atlas about fifteen years ago. Read that too.

I have found out that a decent amount of money and investments makes life easier, no need to listen some dimwit mangers BS or to attend useless meetings. I quit my job at an energy company almost three years ago and in August 2022 I bought my dream house by a lake in the countryside without a bank loan.
