They are good indeed. I regularly consume mung, broccoli and rapeseed sprouts. Mix with grated carrot, avocado dices, wakame seaweed, grated kurkuma + black pepper and extra virgin olive oil.

Kindly suggest tips for postpartum care. I had a normal delivery and my son is 4 months old. I didn't take good care and rest as I had no help. I have severe back pain. Can you please suggest any remedy

Namaste, No, one needs to discard the soaked water. Soaking green moong beans before sprouting helps remove anti-nutrients like phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, which can interfere with nutrient absorption and digestion. The soaking water often contains these substances along with impurities and dust from the beans. Discarding the water ensures that these undesirable elements are removed, making the sprouts healthier and easier to digest.

Namaste, Yes, the water used to soak grains can be used for cooking, as it may contain some nutrients released during soaking.

Namaste. Yes, you can cook millets in the same way as whole grains, using water or broth as the cooking liquid.
