I found raw by a long juice fast years ago and accepted it (reluctant in the beginning) but sprouts and covering all the nutritional basis is exactly where I’m at… I’m glad this info is coming forward, it shows it’s slowly picking up as more main stream and backed by science 👌🏼 thank you
@@zacharymason1174 No, I didn’t. It is not an issue for me because I don’t sprout legumes. I just stick to Microgreens. I grow broccoli, kale, pea, sunflower, and wheatgrass Microgreens. But broccoli and wheatgrass Microgreens are the most nutrient-dense, they are superior to the rest!
@@shaneashby5890 Beautiful. have you experimented with any Teff, quinoa, millet, buckwheat, or kasha? I’ve just begun sprouting Chickpeas and lentils to see the process. I’d like to expand to more foods. Congrats on the micro greens! Is this kind of thing possible for someone with a small backyard?
