Sure you can bro.. it gotta be at least 250cc. and have signals , tags, insurance, basically u registration is same as street bike. However interstate travel not legal.Kinda similar issues with railbuggy I'm guessing due to 4wheels and size??. So yeah u can drive it in city, country, as I don't understand why legality issue with interstate travel.. think under 4 lanes total perhaps not 100% on that part..
Silent Death at any of your local trash dumps or recycle Reese or junk yard scrap pile recyclable metal any of those places you can get this cuz that's where it's going to be after the first week
I have a '02 hayabusa turbo motor. Will it fit in that frame? Was thinking of doing another smart car conversion but that may be cooler. How much? Is that kit? I found a smart with a blown motor for 2 grand. I have about $7k to play with
paul caffyn so you didn't buy directly from them? I don't rely on the Internet anymore. I'd rather meet the seller in person. I'm one fashioned I guess
you might be able to get it shipped to USA but its not roiad legal here. 4 wheels means its classified as a car and this doesn't meet minimum width requirements and god only knows what else. Thats why the KTM and Polaris 3 wheelers are 3 wheelers so they can be classified as motorcycles and avoid the "car" regulations.
OverdrivenXR well that bites.. ya should be able to licence it in the states.. be nice to have one here. cheeper to little runs then driving a 2,000 lb or better car for a store run..
this thing looks massively unsafe crappy plastic everywhere and dem rotors and calipers looked scary cheap the rotors and calipers on my 125 dirt bike look bigger and much better than those...... i fear for those who purchase. Granted i do have limited knowledge on this vehicle but from what i can see no waaayyyyy would i get one of them. awesome concept just certain parts don't look right and terrify me. Also that is coming form someone that used ride his dirt bike with locking pliers attached to the throttle cable that was cut and wrapped around the gas tank...... is was very fun to try and ride around only holding onto only the gas tank
Mine is 12 years old and all original, still runs fine 100% reliable, wife and I use it for holidays, shopping etc. just the paint is getting faded, will respray it during this winter 2022/3
Douglas McCarty well that's rather possible. The quad is a 285kg overall, swapping the 350cc for bigger shouldn't be much problem but you'd need to make sure you upgrade the brakes and maybe the suspension
This video is only for dealers so they know how to put the quad together. If you buy one it comes fully built. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-npoTljl42i8.html
I had one of these and there shit..all they do is break..the cables ECT and they rust like fuck.all the indicators snap off.and mine was covered in a garage
what did you do with yours? Iv'e had mine 3 month and iv'e had to ask for a refund. what happend to yours is the same as mine. It as delivered with out of shape front tyres. same week hand brake and cable snapped . If you set the alarm it goes off straight away. The rear axle bearings collapsed and locked the rear wheels at 45 MPH i thought i was going to die. At the moment it act's like it's out of fuel when it warms up. Now all the electric's have stopped working. no dash board no lights no ignition nothing its dead. I bought it on the 4th march it died on the 14th June owing me over £400 in recovery and van hire returning it to spy for repair.. It's a shame because it looks so good its just not up for the job. So what's my chances of my money back you thing??
it could be USA legal, but you'd have to have bumpers on a 4 wheel vehicle (and it might be too low to the ground), then get inspected. it'd be better to go for motorcycle licensing maybe something like the CanAm's 2 wheel in front 1 back. def cool tho!
pds tech Maybe in some states but not America as a whole. Here in SD, you only need 2 rear view mirrors, horn, speedo, headlight, brakelight and of course, a registration. Some other states require turn signals.
James Rodgers trust me you think it's cool now and till you become a owner and then you'll become just like me and a million other people better and let down trust me it looks cool but it's a b**** to replace parts and maintenance when nobody has parts and nobody knows what the fuc they're working on sorry bro just trying to give you a bit of advice not trying to put you down but please before you waste your money on this buy a quad and just design it it come out better when I met design I met custom
