There are 3 separate storylines, dude. Which one exactly are you referring to? Yes, that's Carlos Alazraqui who voiced Spyro in the first game. However, he was born in the United States to Argentine parents and has nothing to do with the Netherlands. Perhaps you are mistaken him for somebody else.
