Such an insightful video, Anastasia and the rest of your SQL videos as well. I have been doing a lot of analysis work using SQL lately and it's definitely not my strongest suit but this was such a great refresher. These functions are basically what we need and use on a daily basis. Really appreaciate the time and effort you have invested. :)

Hi there! I recently found an open role in Spotify for a Trainee Program in a Machine Learning and Personalization project, however idk to apply or not since I've never had an approach to Scala or SQL, just worked with Python but not with data, only the basics. What would you recommend me? The application period ends on February 9th. 🥺

If you have academic experience with ML and AI, this role may be for you. Overall, the role requirements are not always a strict must, especially for more junior roles, so tailor your CV and cover letter to the opportunity, and don't be discouraged if you are not contacted. Thousands of people apply to those roles and sometimes it's just luck!

I read that ChatGPT writes really good SQL queries. Those skills will be of little value soon.

This is a very uninformed comment. ChatGPT is an interesting tool for sure, but at least for now, it's almost completely useless for writing SQL to solve actual business problems.

@@marcus_campbell FOR NOW it is already not completely useless. Give at least some credit to what one can do with IT without no prior knowledge about SQL.
