Thank you Manish for the videos. What really made a difference in this video was when you stopped and showed us the source, target and result tables. Don't be in a hurry to do the tutorias very short. I think the people who are watching your videos want as much detail as possible. Please don't think that it is redundant at all. I think the more you repeat yourself, the easier it gets for us. Much appreciation for the time spent planning, recording and editing your videos. Hope to see many more with more details!
Thank you Manish, I have been working on this query for days and you explained it better than my professor. I never comment but, I had to let you know you did a great job. I followed your explanation and got my query to run perfectly within minutes. You are awesome!
+hmsuneel1 Thank you so much, I am glad you enjoyed the content. Your comment is going to be featured on my Twitter and Facebook wall make sure to check.
Superb video lecture on JOINS... It's not just a video lecture, you represented in away with great articulation and understandable diagrammatic representation. Thanks..Cheers!
Manish I truly thank you for these videos. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. I am curious why your graphic explanation for LEFT OUTER JOIN, the source table is on the right side?
Hi Manish, first of all thanks for the videos and the thing is i had questions of "what are the uses of left outer join?" and "what are the uses of other joins individually "
Thank you so much for your appreciation. I know that this video is not ranking. I would request you to share it so that it could reach out to more people. I will be really glad for your help.
How will you know which table we need to select as a source ? Can you give an example of how to choose and in which senarios we chose a table as source and other as target.
Hi Manish, I have a question. if the column which is used in join condition is not a primary key, i. e. it appears in the target table more than once, then will the query throw an error?
Hi can you please tell me why i am getting here 14 records.my saying is is i am selecting only 6 records from left table and matching with right table then why i am getting here 14 records.please answer me. SELECT EMP.ENAME, EMP.DEPTNO, DEPT.DEPTNO, DEPT.LOC FROM EMP LEFT OUTER JOIN DEPT ON EMP.DEPTNO=DEPT.DEPTNO AND EMP.DEPTNO=30
Some good info in here, however, you speak so rapidly and your accent is so strong, it is sometimes difficult to understand what you are saying as the words run into each other. Slow down and enunciate CLEARLY and your tutorials will be much improved. Dannyavad.
