Super fun day following these two Squamish Legends up on their new big wall project with amazing results. A new big wall line was established that very day. Congrats and thanks for letting me tag along.

Ripping out the fixed nut and then replacing it was a major trad dad move.

Yeah... that’s what I was thinking. I know that it’s harder to tell how steep things are in videos to there defense.

When asked about Indigenous words/knowledge; "it's one of those things I don't really understand" - Classic. Suggestion could be to do due diligence in researching about this before putting it in your film?

The definition you have for "Manitou" is not correct, and please do not try to share knowledge regarding Indigenous "concepts" without having a grounded understanding. The word is not Sḵwx̱wú7mesh sníchim (from the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh territories you are climbing on), it is Anishinaabemowin. Please include a territorial acknowledgement of Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Lands as so many of our climbing communities move towards educating themselves about whose Lands they climb on and why this is relevant. There are groups such as @Indigenouswomxnclimb and @nativesoutdoors who do a lot of important work if you don't know where to start your learning journey.

Why are you calling it free if you are trad climbing?

Trad climbing is free climbing.
