Girl- YES!!!! This is literally why I subscribed. Without eye makeup I feel like my eyes are drowning in my face haha ugh. I was so jealous of everyone’s face shape growing up. Still learning to love myself 🙈

I have a square face and feel so insecure having this kind of face shape because it's different from the "normal" face shape. People would say that I have a WIDE face and that I look like a chopping board and they would start laughing. Even some of my "friends" and even my father would make a comment about me having a square face shape and that I look different, worse they would say ugly. It's honestly my greatest insecurity that I even starved myself just to make my face thin. I'm really trying to build my confidence and boost my self-esteem, but whenever someone gives an awful comment, my confidence is shattered to pieces and it's soooo tiresome to rebuild it over and over and over again....

I'm so sorry to hear that. I have had similar experience and lots of other square face kids do too of being insecure or not liking their face and being made fun of. I'm sorry, you do not deserve that and just know that here we find square faces beautiful

Some of our squareness can be caused by jaw clenching and teeth grinding. Facial massage can really help loosen up the massetter muscle and make the jaw a bit less square. Jaw tension can be really painful for us squaries

I think these unique features that we hate about ourselves are given to us actually to stand out and kind of stand ones ground although societal standards and trends might not agree.. and to be uniquely ourselves but most people hear and believe society and their superficial ideologies, idiotic beauty standards and unfortunately change their own uniqueness to blend in and look like everyone else... Sadly that's even more evident from how all these popular Instagram models, tiktokers, influencers even celebrities look similar physically and this is so deep rooted now that and even the way they talk and even the voices starting to sound the same tbh

Thank you so much for creating and posting this video. I have always had a hard time loving my face and headshape. I would get made fun of at school when I was younger. For a long period I really wanted plastic surgery. I’m in college now and I am learning how to love and appreciate myself. Your confidence in embracing your face gives me confidence as well! This lowkey saved me. I’m very insecure about my face shape and I kept trying to make it look different and narrower instead of listening to everyone’s advice of “embracing and drawing attention to your special features”. I was so baffled on how girls with square shaped face could rock it and look so beautiful while I couldn’t figure out anything so I just assumed I was ugly and there wasn’t hope for me but this helps a lot

U literally have the most perfect nose ever ever ever I would try not cleaning up the entire jaw under the cheek contour like not alllllll the way to the earlobe, i find highlighting to the end of the jaw just accentuates the wideness and squareness of the “jowls”on square faces , mine included Xoo

Hi! I live in a warm asian country. So 1. It's too hot to wear that much makeup. 2. As you know with asian makeup, that much makeup is not normal here, that's usually for special occasions. Do you have tips for lighter everyday makeup for square faces? And how about square face hairstlyes? I'm trying to look for something online but the samples are all of thin celebrities! I'd like to try a short haircut because I've had the same long layered haircut for YEARS but i'm scared because I have a square chubby face.

I agree with all points @Melissa D mentioned. 👍 I'd love to know a natural contour and highlight look for everyday if possible. 🙏 And in terms of hairstyles I'd love to know any short and mid length hairstyles that flatter and frame the square face especially curly/wavy styles. I still can't seem to figure out how to curl/wave my hair so that it flatters my face without making it wider!! 😭 Those hairstyles always seem to make my fat cheeks wider and how do we get volume at the top of our hair/roots so that it lifts & elongates our face? I would really appreciate it if you could cover all these aspects! 🤞

Yes, being 'different' from others make us uncomfortable sometimes, even my sister said my face so big because my square face lol. I have been in the process to acceptance of myself include my face shape. Thank God, I have passed the process and I am thankful because after I can accept myself means I am grateful for my existence and it is kind my personal relationship with God. My husband is a great man that accept me just the way I am. And now I am even more blessed with 2 kids. Their pure love really make me rich today. I hope all the girls and women can accept theirselves because we are unique and priceless.

Square faces are dominant genes, Oval faces are caused buy recessive genes. Every one else have bad faces,knot you. You preserved a rare dominant gene own your plan knit while every one else lost ° genetic information.

I've a square face too and girl these techniques are so good, I'm going to watch this vid. again, I'm downloading this, so that I can always keep them in mind. You know what I don't feel insecure because we are so beautiful, okay we don't have slim faces but we are damn beautiful and I'm always so confident but there are some people out there to remind us that oh oh your face is so square-ey making us feel a bit amm. But now I've seen many people loving those jawlines of us makin' me feel even more confident, my classmate says she wants wider face like me...we look attractive.
