Yeah I have in the past. I used squat shoes for my first 300 days squatting every day but found that I recover faster without them, so I go as minimal as possible now
This is insane!! You can 100% move that if you didn't have your feet so close together. Is there a reason you are squatting that way? You're insanely strong
Haha, thanks bro! And yeah, I've recently changed my squat stance to be wider so that's another reason why I'm feeling so good about going heavy tomorrow. Wish me luck! 🤞🤞
You are going too deep. You can see the moment you lose your tightness and your pelvis is pulled underneath you(butt wink), you will struggle to go up in weight with this form, not to mention it increases the chance of lower back injury. Either go just below parallel or try weightlifting shoes if you want to go ass to grass.
@@jamestemple5687 who is saying anything about a glass back? If you have faults like this in your technique it will eventually be a barrier to you reaching your full potential.
@@sandykrfc7 Maybe in regards to utilising technique to get stronger. But saying his form will increase his chance of injury is stupid. Hence the glass back.
