Was a really good day of Fishing, I managed to bag out on squid. I managed to get some footage of most of them :)
I usually wouldn't take that much squid home but I have a 4 day fishing trip coming up and thought I should go out for some fresh bait.
I have a Shimano Sienna reel to give away as a thank you for all the support.
How to enter :
1. Make sure your subscribed to my RU-vid channel
2. Count how many fish I caught in this video
3. Follow me on instagram at Fishing__frenzy and send me a private message on instagram with the answer

Beginner question but do u put the swivel between the two strings to connect them?

@@hanoitripper1809 No mate I never put a swivel between leader and braid they are usually tied together with a special knot. It’s better for casting and better working the lure. If you’re finishing with bait it’s not an issue connecting them with a swivel but not for working lures.

Very nice video. Enjoyed it. It was a new kind of video. Most of the time we watch people catching bass , catfish , panfish, alot of freshwater fish. Havent really watched anybody really catch squid, especially how you were. Nice video. Keep it up

Could I ask you a question if you dont mind is it possible to buy a licence to fish from the shop nearby called Fishooked Tackle & Bait I,m coming over from the UK and love to do some fishing on a charter boat while I,m there .Coming in Feb 2021 first time . Take care.

Hi mate. A while ago we used to be able to purchase fishing permits from the shops but I’m pretty sure that’s stoped now. It’s very easy to purchase them online from the Australian fisheries website and it’s about $25 for the whole year but you have to purchase one for each state. So heron Victoria it will allow you to fish only in Victoria, if you go to NSW you will need to purchase another permit. Once paid online you can start fishing instantly. Let me know when you get here mate and hopefully I’ll be able to organise something for you or point you in the right direction. Cheers 😀
