great stuff Angof. Looks delicious. I've got a few squizzers stocked up in the freezer, i was saving them for a summer BBQ, but the wash-out summer meant the BBQ remains unused for another year! Really looking forward to the burgers.

Yes there seems to be big numbers round wales this year to. so im hopping to get some good numbers on the farm i was on last season. not long to go now the leaves are falling of the trees rapidly now so soon back at the squizzers. Take care buddy happy hunting atvb kind regards sean

My fav pigeon recipe is to marinate the pigeon breats in soy sauce with garlic and ginger. Leave them overnight then stir fry lightly with egg noodles and frozen stri fry veg. Add the chopped pigeon last and keep moving them around until they are done. Dont overcook the pigeon as it will go tough. You want it like a rare stek.
