Squirt Trimaran - Anchoring

Little 13' Squirt punches above her weight. She's designed and built to withstand the rigors of expedition sailing. She has proven herself. This is an attempt to chronicle her anchoring systems which are a paramount safety and survival component of a long-distance sailing vessel. I've completed two Texas 200's with her down on the Texas gulf coast. It blows there! Winds regularly reach 25-30 knots; severe pop-up storms can pack even harder blows or gusts. I wanted to be ready for about any contingency.
Hope you find this little video interesting and perhaps helpful.

It must be a brilliant accomplishment competing in the Texas 200s. Nice well thought out setup.

It is fun...lots of fun. She’s fun to sail, designed as a solo boat. Thank you for the compliment.
