Hi, I am facing error while booking the train tickets online and giving passenger details, it is not taking passport number and throwing error "Please enter a valid and unique nic/passport for each passenger" Please give me some suggestions.

In this case the only thing i can say is try mobile app, if they have else reserve at window while you are in Sri Lanka.
