This dish was DELICIOUS and very easy to make! Since my mother-in-law passed away, we have not had homemade Sri Lankan food in our home. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Is it ok if I just jumped all over the LIKE button before the video even began playing? I saw the opening finished dish on the screen and just sorta went ballistic. WANT! NOW! But alas, I guess I'll have to wait until I whip it up myself. Oh my GAWWWD, this looks so good! I think I could subsist on this dish alone for the rest of my life. Thanks for sharing! :o)

Are u referring to chilli powder as Cayenne pepper powder ?

Regular chilli powder. If the Cayenne pepper powder is similar to red chilli powder then it's ok to substitute. What we refer as "pepper powder"is usually black pepper powder. hope this helps. Regards, J

simply mute the music, it should solve your problem. unfortunately there's not much free musin available out there that can be used without breaking copy right laws hence you'll find the repeated music.

@@islandsmile4902 It'd be much better to have no music at all then hearing the same song 1000 times in 1 year. Sorry I watch a lot of cooking videos & it's really becoming torturous at this point

I understand your point of view and I do wish I could use the cooking sounds while making the videos. unfortunately, if I do leave out the music, you'll probably hear the voices of a family of six that can be annoying as well. let me figure something out, I'm getting tired of the music as well.
