My classic Sri Lankan Thati Paan recipe receives so much good feedback on my blog so I wanted to give you my Whole Wheat mixed Thati Paan recipe too. And this time I manage to do a little video for you!
These amazing bread are thinner than your usual bread loaves. They are soft on the inside and are toasted under the broiler for a more toasty flavor and crispy texture.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
350 grams Bread flour/strong white flour (flour with high gluten specifically to make bread/pizza)
150 grams Whole wheat flour
200 grams Warm water (shouldn't be too hot. (120f/48c is ideal))
140 grams warm milk (shouldn't be too hot. (120f/48c is ideal))
20 grams Sugar
20 grams Butter
7 grams Rapid rise yeast/fast acting yeast (if you're using active dry yeast make sure to activate it first)
10 grams salt
For the oil flour mix
10 grams bread flour
10 grams coconut oil/vegetable oil (slightly warm if the oil is still in solid from)
To toast the bread:
1⁄2 a stick of butter
