Don't buy if you want to remotely connect to the device through the internet. The device supports LAN (local) connection well, but connecting via WAN (internet) requires you to go through Srihome's servers - which are always offline. The company is selling a product that requires the ongoing use of their servers to be truly useful. The second they don't want to provide those servers, you just have an overpriced webcam not a true IP cam.
Why won't my SD card stay in? I'm putting it in the correct way, but it just pops out. The only way I can get the app to recognise the card is if I push it in and hold it. How do I make it stay?!
Not a optimal idea ! WLAN Cameras are veeey easyer to hack / Shut of.. Every Cyber Kid can do this today..Sry but you need a extra function for analog/offline capturing via Cable in this device..

It doesn't save to your phone locally. It goes to their servers overseas hence why you don't notice it taking any space and accessing it on phone without SD card in it. Careful, could result in extortion
@@fayyao8515 no it doesn't it doesn't show any change in memory on my phone either even when I'm recording and leave it on for days and it shows the files working and stuff but not taking any storage on phone
Hello, Inhave setup the cAmera but when i leave the same wifi zone from my phone i am unable to watch it is there any solution ? Means its works when when both camera and my phone are on same wifi !
@@fayyao8515 Thanks. All the pictures or videos I take with the app I can see them in the app, but I don't see an option to share them. I suppose will not see them in Galery, but I think there is a place in the phone where I can find and share them . Thanks in advance. Is it possible to do this?
I have lights and sound turned off but it still blinks and makes noises, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I'm returning it. Also, no way to share. What is App ID????? Directions are in broken English.
@@fayyao8515 I tried everything I sent it back the instructions are not in proper English and the functions of the camera should be such that you can turn off all noises and all lights blinking so people you are observing do not know they are observing you.

i have buy 2 unit. this is shit.. only can use WIFI. ( U need to be near by this CCTV). cannot remote thru internet for our usage outstation. no Slot for simcard anyway.
