i m from India but I have lost respect for your channel when I see you praising such shoddy movies that deceive the audience with unrealistic characters, basic emotions and shoddy scenes with no minimum logic.

Thank you #Studiobinder for making this video on RRR... SS Rajamouli 🔥💯❤️ we movie lovers are always a ekalavya shisyas to you... ❤️❤️❤️ Can't believe what's happening in the west with RRR ❤️❤️❤️... Our daily routine recently is...wakeup.. listen RRR winning international awards...and then sleep... ❤️❤️❤️
The bridge sequence is cool but at the same time, it also summarizes the whole movie plot. Ram's mission is regarding the country (jumps with a Flag) and Bheem's mission is to save the child from his tribe (jumps to get the child) and in this journey they exchange their missions (exchange of flag and child) and eventually succeed helping each other.
And even after the exchange, ram comes out of the water which represents Bheema and Bheema comes out of fire which represents Ram, which over all tells us they they at some point would understand each other's mission. When I first saw the movie, I thought it looked cool but when a RU-vid channel explained all that, my respect for Rajamauli got higher and higher
RRR was my introduction to Tollywood. Then I saw the two Baahubali films, also directed by Rajamouli, and man, the action scenes this guy is able to make are just so incredible. In the first Bahubali there's a whole battle that feels like Zack Snyder's 300 mixed with Peter Jackson's Lord Of The Rings, it's the peak of badass action with detailed geography and everything is character driven.
Just to let you guys know the last song sequence was not about them celebrating their movie, but it was a tribute to the freedom fighters from different parts of India, they end the movie with consolidating the efforts of these common men and women who are still remembered as national heroes.
@@HeartBeatSurfer avadi gudho baa mandutunnatu undi 😂😂 Hey phuka if you think so, you should seriously need to research Alluri Sitarama Raju's real life story..😊
This film is my intro to Tollywood. So much brilliant visual storytelling going on in this film... It leaves me quite breathless. SS Rajamouli is now one of my favorite directors. Respect!
Woah! I just realised the wide shot of when they first meet and save the boy 10:38 . The “fire” guy (Raju) is jumping into water and the “water” guy (Bheem) is jumping into fire! Fire meets water, water meets fire.
For me the scenes where RAMA RAJU is introduced will forever be the best action scene I have ever watched. The music, the intensity, the action, the adrenaline rush, the dedication. The best.
I've been watching studio binder of 3 years now, and I never thought I ll be watching a video about a movie which ll be made in my language. A proud moment for me. Ss Rajamouli is indeed a pride of telugu cinema ❤ much love to studio binder from Telangana, learned a LOT of stuff from you guys, you are my film school
The bridge sequence is my absolute favorite. So much conveyed through action, no dialog till the main characters exchange names. My biggest take away is that none of these action scenes feel "pointless" compared to most hollywood action film. Not just some expense that'll be forgotten in the next 15 minutes when another scene plays out.
Never thought that the place from where I will be learning about world cinema, someday will reach my home. Proud to be an INDIAN 🇮🇳 ❤❤ Thanks, Rajamouli Sir for RRR 😇
One thing you missed, I believe, is the grounding of emotions with music. As much as the contraction and dilation of time adds to visual spectacle, the bg score similarly sets the subconscious tone of the sequence. Kiravani is a genius when it comes to building up a scene with background score.
Was actually hoping you guys will cover RRR. SS Rajamouli has basically perfected the art of action storytelling. Every action scene just grips you because it actually is like a short film in a way. No matter how many times you revisit it, you really feel excited everytime. And what great performances by both the actors to complement the vision of every story and action beat.
@@jogaram_meghwal Typical l@me cinephile reply "you haven't seen much movies" when one likes a popular commercial cinema. Btw it's you haven't "watched" not "seen"
@@jogaram_meghwal just because someone is praising a particular artist doesn't mean they havent watched other arts. And if they are appreciating the nuances, that means they do know a bit or 2 about the art and hence are appreciating it.
@@jogaram_meghwal looking at how bad your grammar is, I'm guessing you are one of my Indian brothers. Probably from Kerala ? Only you guys have this level of superiority complex/hate towards RRR...let me know if I got it right.
Been Following Studio Binder since a long time, Never in my wildest thoughts imagined Our SSR’s film will be featured in studio binder. Proud and grateful. Thank you Studio Binder ❤
Watching and learning from Studio Binder for so long now, as an Indian seeing Indian content on your channel makes my heart warm, happy and proud. Long live cinema.♥️🇮🇳✨
If you know the structure of the enemy you will find the weak points. night, british crowd, animals (because they move unpredictably and are hard to aim and hit), the riles were primitve and slow at that time, the place where malli is. Bheem goal was to cause a distraction using their weak points for a short period while he rescues the girl. but the Raam was distraction even to the for the Bheem, so distractions on both side cancelled each other out. which was the cause of interval otherwise story might have ended right there.
@Xyz it's symbolism is what I meant. Imperialist capture territories like the caging of animals. Caged animals are a form of ordered chaos, chaos who's only withheld by the trust placed in the iron and gears used to cage the animal. It gives a person a sense of complete control, although in reality their control hinges on the actual hinges of the cage.
I always had a thought that why don't they see baahubali and make a video on it But now i was shocked to see this video truly proud to be a fan of SS Rajamouli sir His on the way bringing back the glory of indian cinema
The intros for both characters tied together perfectly with the bridge sequence and then the Titles... RRR.... Can't get much better for a theatrical experience than that !!
I hail from Andhra Pradesh too and I have seen countless movie breakdowns you guys have done over the years but never in my life did I imagine that I would see our cinema being recognized the way it is now. The joy I feel right now is immense!❤
I just watched this marveleous amazing movie on Netflix, whre hve i been?!? Mr. S S Rajamouli really really opened my eyes and yess the introduction scene of Rama waoooooo mind-blowing. I never experienced this kinda feel from any movies even from Marvel's universe. Its sooo intense, creepy, fantastic, speechless
For me Raju regretting and protecting Bheem from hanging is the best action scene. The back ground music for that entire action scene is the best I have seen ever and in particular when Bheem hits on Raju's head with a wooden stem and try to kill him with that stem but avoids remembering their friendship and the music score plays during that particular scene melts heart's of those which are built with rock
My favourite scene and peak of emotion is when sita character gives backstory to bheem with death of father and edits of faces of all is master stroke of direction with that score
I have been following studiobinder for 1 year now but I have never imagined that one-day studiobinder will make a video on an Indian film. Rajamouli Sir took regional cinema to an international level. He is a great filmmaker. Proud to be an Indian.
Unfortunately for North Indians, South Indian movies have always been considered "Regional" Cinema. In RRRs promotion, SSRajamouli mentioned that there is only Indian cinema.
the scene where ram re enters in forest with back lighting that was dope and also the scene where fire works are dancing around ram and water is splashing around bheem , omg , how could someone imagine a scene like that
Rajamouli sir single-handedly revolutionized Indian cinema and now he is taking it to the world. Definitely his sensibility is different from that of Western audiences but still he is able to grasp their attention without changing his way of story telling. Thanks studiobinder for the breakdown🙌. Yes, emotions can influence action on a different level.
SSR is not just a Director but a: 'Master' storyteller...and we Telugu people & our whole country are all so proud of Him.. and of-course, the intro Ram's fight scene has more impact on the whole move, than any other action parts put together because, the intro action defines and also defies both Ram's & Bheems Goal...only after learning about Ram's struggle(flashback), Bheem decides to changing his plans from just rescuing their tribe girl to eventually fight against the great British empire....according to the plot, its only then, after all these episodes/scenes happen, Bheem's turns a freedom fighter, not before..Ram is born to fight with British because that's what His father trained Him & made him.
I felt bored by Hollywood action blockbuster since years and i thought.....well maybe I am too old to be able to enjoy new stuff like i did in my youth. THANK YOU S. S. RAJAMOULI for proving me terribly wrong in more than one way!!!
far and away the best movie theater experience of mine and my friends’ lives. If you are in USA it is returning to 200 theaters starting March 3! Bring everyone you care about and love!
As a big fan of western cinema and aspiring Indian filmmaker I always thought why west never talks about Indian cinema but finally they are enjoying our content. We are global now and finally we can collaborate globally. Thank You! Studio Binder covering and for this video.
I saw so many direction's book and movie explanation in this studio binder. and I learnt so many things about screen Play in this channel. but first Indian director excepcelly about Telugu director ss rajamouli sir, already I am doing in telugu film industry, I am very proud that I am doing in telugu film industry
Yeah, I’ve gone down an Indian movie rabbit hole since watching RRR last month. I think it seriously might be one of my favorite movies of all time. The last time I felt this way about a movie was when I watched Incendies for the first time.
So proud that an Indian movie that to from south getting analysis on a channel where great international movies are analysed,S.S.Rajamouli sure put indian cinema on global map 🙏
Many thanks to RRR movie makers and all the actors being part of it...very special thanks to worldwide genuine movie reviewers....being a normal audience we just experience movies as entertainment...but because of you reviewers we came to know what exactly a filmmaking is... your kind of reviews will definitely inspire not only young film makers but also a normal people who aspire to be part of film making as their career...thank you it's because of RRR...your point - point in generative movie reviewing inspires young movie making aspirants👍👍👍
i love how they implemented music on each action sequence....like i was astonished by that scene when ram raises his arrow, a particular bg score can be heard just for that arrow shot... when it comes to bheem's fight scene in the climax, the bg score playing was particularly just for bheem...when i came to ram it was specifically for ram...
Dear @StudioBinder, gratitude for the video. Mr SSR is not just an ordinary filmmaker. He comes from an industry where lot myths about filmmaking. 6 dance numbers, 4 fights, two heroins, and an item song were only standards of a cinema. But He ruled out all the myths, and he made path braking movies. and he constantly pushed himself and built a great foundation for indian fim industry. When the heights gross of a telugu film was around 80cr INR, he planned for a project of 300+cr INR and showed the true potential of indian cinema, which collected 1000cr INR gross. No indian ever imagined that . He evolved movie by movie, he pushed all the limits of indian cinema and ruled out the language barer, and first ever built a best(culturally authentic) indian cinema. He deserves all the success and credit.
I have watched all his films from Yamadonga, Magadheera, Marayada Ramanna, Eega and Baahubali. I have not yet seen a bad film he made. Everything is so enjoyable and moving.
Man!!!! Proud proud proud to having witness studiobinder make a video on RRR. A film from my motherland India. Never had I thought of this in my wildest dreams.
I have been watching StudioBinder since my filmschool days (4-5 years ago). I used to take notes from this channel about Great Filmmakers. It's a very proud moment for me as an Indian & as a Rajamouli fan.
Rajamouli sir has always emphasised emotion underneath his Action sequences in all his movies. Raju's character introduction is probably one of the greatest scenes ever in cinema because of the spectacular Visual storytelling. Raju have zero dialogues in the scene but the scenes sums up his personality clearly from his physical strength to mental strength. Every set piece in RRR is a case study that has its very own sub story. RRR is the movie that justifies Cinema's existence. Btw the end credit song is a Tribute to Indian freedom fighters.
It makes us feel so proud that this film took Indian cinema to a great global level.I still remeber ,me and my buddies going bonkers in cinema . Its "emotional"for me seeing studio binder cover Rajamouli after satyajit ray. something for us to look up to and be very proud as indians.
I just watch every video of yours but today I'm comment because you just showed SS Raja mouli direction style first Indian Director on which you have made video so far ❤️🥹❤️🔥 thankyou 🤗
@@brandonscullion I have also watched that he is receiving Awards from hospital bed that's so insane ❤️🥹🔥🥰 please make more videos on Indian Filmmaker too Director like.... Prashant neel, Rajkumar hirani, Sanjay Leela Bhansali 🔥❤️🥹
More or less every Indian action movies are driven by emotion only. Never thought RRR would have so much of an impact. Opened a whole window for the world to discuss our movies. Proud.
" The next time some one complain action has no heart, show them 'RRR' " the kick I got from listening to this phrase is equal to SSR 's action in his movies. ****************** S S RAJAMOULI take bow for your brilliance. ******************🙂
"When someone said action has no heart show them RRR" best line... I am the kind of person not like action scenes but in rajamouli's film i like action scenes more than anything. I am always watching action scenes of his movies repeatedly... 1. Magadheera 1 vs 100 fight scene 2. All bahubali fight scenes 3. All RRR action scenes This all are my favorite action scenes that i watched atleast 100 times...🔥🌊
Proud, Proud, Proud moment for Indians!! Studiobinder has always been like a film school and now when I see it is covering Rajamouli!! Super duper proud and inspired!!!
After RRR, Eega (eega means fly in Telugu)is another pinnacle of filmmaking in Rajamouli's career. I mean when was the last time we felt empathy and almost shed tears for the death of a fly? The West really need to see his masterpiece "Eega".
I'm learning film making by Studio Binder but today is more specific and special day I'm learning my own Telugu movie classes..,,, @studiobinder tq .....
U cant cheat in wide shots and so to shoot wide shoots u should have a well written scenes. That again requires clear vision, lot of planning and execution which can be challenging at times.
Another point in Rajamouli's favor is he made sure he got the dialects from various regions right as well. It's his attention to all details of the movie, including the music and sound design, art direction etc that makes him unique.
This is soo inspiring....Feeling Proud to see the West being heavily influenced by our local Telugu Directors and their work..... Hats off to Rajamouli and HIS TEAM.....
The way binder explains everything... I've never thought any one of these things except speed ramping... Yeah seriously never thought anything like this...🔥
Ur video starting with the movie’s bgm, gave goosebumps. Thanks a lot for picking RRR and making this video. I am a huge fan of this channel. U picking this video means that the movie has crossed the language barrier.
Im using RU-vid to watch videos from last 7 years. I never even thought an Indian film would appreciated this much. You have given tribute to mr.satyajith rai Now RRR. Tq studio binder.
@studiobinder doing a video essay for an Indian film, is in itself a big thing. Having attention of the west to appreciate films produced in india and viewing them more than just abrupt musicals is a win. I have been subscribed to this channel for quite sometime and also been learning a lot about filmmaking but today’s video hit on a another level. Thank you!
Thank u studiobinder for noticing this .. watched all of his movies but wouldn’t think like that .. thank u so much for figuring out .. respect for both S S Rajmouli sir nd Studiobinder increased with this .. both are Wonderful 🫡
I've been following StudioBinder for months. I just had a wish that a movie from India should come here to be described and i'm very happy to see our new generation indian cinema getting so much love and appraisal. RRR is definitely a larger than life movie to be experienced. S.S. Rajamauli has made this possible with his gripping storytelling and beyond expectation direction style.
