SS United States in Glorious 16mm Kodachrome! 

I came over on one of the last voyages east to west in the spring of 1969. An epic adventure.

I like seeing the clips when this beautiful liner was sailing and the time period music added.

I see this ship everyday enroute to work. How refreshing to see what a joyous ship she once was. Sad to see her rusting now, but oh what memories...

What a wonderful video, Mark! The lovely music was timed perfectly to the scenes, the video told a story. I loved the snippets of baggage being loaded into the ship, the entrance to the 86th pier, the wind at the railing (sigh!) and balloon falling out of his hands. A great memory for Josiah. Where did you find this treasure?
