Yeah. I don't know how it is on other servers like on TG, but on Fulp, the acting captain (HOP in this case) shouldn't even be demoting other department heads or trying to micromanage them.

@@stragnk1487 isn't the only purpose of captain is that he's the head of the heads? What does he do then? They're the only things he should be managing. Or is it only when someone else is the acting captain? That would make sense.

@@semirionu On one of my shifts as HoS my staff arranged a munity because they didn't like the way I was lecturing them on toning down unnecessary brutality. I pretty much bunkered down in my office and managed to keep them consistently at bay until the Captain arrived and politely requested I resign - making a strong case that I couldn't lead if they wouldn't follow. Still let me keep my rank and all my gear, but assigned me to guard duty on SCI. Captains can come in handy sometimes... probably saved my life that shift haha

I've arrested the HOS as a sec team member on several occasions. All of them where he was lethally beating prisoners for no reason. No one is above the law, not even the hos.

There's always that one seccie who is 100% chill. They are basically there to counteract the overall shittiness found in sec, as if not the universe would collapse as we know it due to there being too much salt and toxicity concentrated in one space, creating a singularity of grief and despair.
