Also ERT on Delta is generally only used when the Nukies are stalling the round as a way to force it to end. Though in cases like this where EVERYONE is down, it can also be fun!

Silvia has limited omnizine that needs to regenerate, and does do some pierce/bleed so better than nothing!

It is implemented, but the AI core is not present on any of the maps. They're waiting for wizden to actually make a finished role, because AI is kinda not done at all yet.

More like they made the ore processor nerf less harsh. Of all things to nerf salvage, the ore processor should not be one of them, hell you want to incentivize mining.

Well, arming a nuke really derails a round, so if the goal of the game mode is to arm the nuke then you might as well comply and help derail it from the start Of course if your job is more important than dying fighting the nukies you can just stick to working until you die in a nuclear blast

Yeah it was lowpop, so instead of cleansweeping the 4 officers on station, we thought a war would be more fair and fun.

When it's not warops, honestly I just stay in botany and 'trust' that Security will handle it until the nuke is armed. I might get myself some EVA and protection, but I keep working til that countdown starts. (usually rushing any meds I haven't made or pumping omnizine) Most times, nukies see me working, tell me to stay there, and keep walking.

Actually I went back into the replay and watched. When our Monkey jumped towards the cargo shuttle they missed and drifted all the way to the station where they were promptly murdered. Incredible luck that they went in the station direction, I was amazed lol.

Nukies have very little RP rules, not gunning down the salv is considered high RP for nukies lol. It's my rule of thumb to not gun down non combatants in a regular Op, but that's off the table in war since likely every crew member is armed to the teeth.

I may be wrong here, but I believe I recall space wind was once on Wizden, but was removed at some point.

I'm not sure about now, but a few months ago DeltaV's codebase philosophy had some major disagreements with WizDen's philosophy. We were holding off on implementing the stupid grid inventory for a long time, but because (from what I can understand) no one on WizDen coding effort heard about interface classes and instead hard coded a ton of shit into the code, progressively making it harder and harder to merge with WizDen, the DeltaV maintainers caved in and allowed gridinv into the codebase. I left shortly after and there was some kind of admin shortage shortly after I did, and I am yet to see a person I recognise on the server now that I am playing again... So, yeah.

Most of the time when you see a fork with a feature that wizden used to have, the fork just skipped the revert commit. Actually, in the case of space wind it might just be a CVAR to enable it, but I could be wrong about that. The majority of the time features are removed from wizden it is because the code was very bad.

As someone who started playing on delta-v i find the wizden pallet ugly. It is most likely a "i started here so this is good looking" kinda thing.

It's entirely subjective. Both are good in their own right, but if we're to be real for a minute, 95% of Space Station 14 has fuck-ugly levels of looks. It only doesn't seem that way in the moment, because we are well used to the graphics not being the center piece of the show.

@@Liltenhead I'm just a Delta-V hater. But in my honest experience playing, it's usually "nothing happens for 90 minutes, then you leave" on Traitor mode, which is the standard mode. Nukies tends to make things more interesting and exciting, but usually because Security is made up of roleplayers, and the Nukies tend to have little combat experience too, it's usually a disaster.

@@Liltenhead one in a million round, main gamemode is traitors, which the traitors aren't allowed to do anything that doesn't strictly help them complete their objective, zombies are more common but are almost always boring since delta has more energy weapons and has them roundstart, nukeops is so rare that when it does happen most of the nukies don't know what they're doing, even if they've played the server for a long time, revs are gone, and survival had the weights adjusted so that nothing interesting spawns before like an hour and thirty minutes

Death squad, at least on Delta-V is NOT fair. They've got like 95% damage resist, Nukies wouldn't stand a chance.

DS is typically only reserved for when the entirety of command are shitters and they need to reset the round in a fun way. If you see a DS, somebody is getting banned.

@@dffdff-kw7rc only in others server to get someone banned them this happen were I played is maximum role ban, or shit cc/admin make something just to get ds on the station

Well atlast the person is banned, here where I play the person get role ban, and then get Epsilon is some times because shit cc or admin just make excuses to get able to Epsilon the station for he wanted

Hate to hear it, though from what I've seen Nukie rounds have a lot more RP on delta, HRP servers tend to not have them, may be in your wheelhouse.
